Inspection Simulator

Independent simulator facts

Review the simulator facts before uploading documents. No package purchase is required. These facts describe the activity and scope of the documents being reviewed and are saved separately from package facts, purchases and previous reports.

You can save an unknown answer; resolve it before the applicability decision when the review depends on it. If you have package facts, you can inspect and explicitly copy them after reviewing them. Editing the independent copy does not change the package profile. “Edit simulator facts” returns to this route.

Put your documents through the Inspection Simulator and read the result

If you already have quality system documents, put them through the Inspection Simulator to see what the inspector asks for and what you lack in the requirements that apply to your activity.

  1. Open the Inspection Simulator.
  2. Upload your documents:

    • Format: a PDF with selectable text, or a Word file (docx). Scanned images cannot be read;
    • File size: up to 25 MB;
    • Submission size: up to 300 MB;
    • Number of files: up to 150 files a submission, and 500 PDF pages;
    • Daily limit: 20 submissions and 500 MB a day for each account;
    • Duplicates: a duplicate file is refused.
  3. Start the review and wait for the result.
  4. The result, titled your inspection readiness, shows what the inspector asks for and what you lack: one row per requirement with its state, the paragraphs found in your documents, and the review decision.
  5. Download the report in Arabic or English as a Word file.

Your uploaded files are deleted at the review, or when the session ends after 30 minutes. The findings and the paragraphs quoted from them are kept.

The result helps you prepare: the simulator does not guarantee passing an inspection, and the regulator's decision is independent. Deciding that a requirement is covered is your establishment's decision, and uploading a document does not show that it is applied.
