Privacy notice — DOOOQS

Browsing notice version: public-1.2 — 6 October 2026

The website is currently available for browsing and contact only. It does not accept account creation, sign-in, document uploads, establishment data or payments. This notice describes visits to public pages and contact with the DOOOQS team at this stage; it does not describe an account service available now.

Website ownership and contact

DOOOQS is owned by شركة وادي الحلول لخدمات الأعمال, Commercial Registration 4030575046. Statutory ownership information is in the terms of use. For enquiries, support and data-rights requests, contact the DOOOQS team at support@doooqs.com or through the contact page.

Website visits

Delivering a page requires processing your network address to transmit the request and response. The platform request log records the time, method, path without query values, response status and duration. This log does not record request bodies, passwords, cookies or payment-card details. For public pages it may also record the referring website’s hostname without its path, and shortened campaign source, medium and name values. Do not put personal information or secret keys in a link path or campaign values.

We use this information to operate the pages, diagnose errors, understand page use and protect the website against misuse. Browsing involves data processing even though registration, uploads and payments are closed. Browsing mode does not create an account session or sign-in cookie. Switching language follows a link to the other page and does not require an account.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process what you provide, such as your contact channel and enquiry, to answer and follow up on your request. You do not need to send establishment documents, passwords, payment-card details or secret keys to obtain general information. The email link opens the service you choose; use of that service is also subject to its own privacy notice. Merely displaying a link does not send correspondence content to it.

Processing, retention and rights

The DOOOQS team handles correspondence. Website pages and platform request logs are hosted within Saudi Arabia. A page visit is not used to create an establishment profile, document package or payment order. This notice does not establish an account service or terms for paid purchases.

We use Cloudflare to manage the website domain. When its proxy service is enabled, web requests pass through its network to deliver pages and protect the website, including processing the connection address, request data and security-check data. This processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia; a Saudi origin server does not place all Cloudflare processing within Saudi Arabia. Cloudflare may use security cookies when applying its checks; these differ from a platform account session, which browsing mode does not create. This notice does not state an unverified retention period for that service.

Write to support@doooqs.com to request access to data relating to you, correction or deletion, or information about its processing purpose and retention period. Describe your request and provide an appropriate reply channel without sending secrets or payment-card data. This page does not specify a single retention period for correspondence and technical logs, or promise automated deletion at an unannounced deadline. Data rights and the retention statement explain the scope of this stage.

If the service changes to accept accounts, documents or payments, the applicable notice will be displayed before accepting those data. Product information and help pages do not mean that those operations are available in the current browsing mode.
